Mark Gamba bought Abbolone and Scullin Realty (which has been in business for over thirty years) in 2003 thus becoming the sole owner and broker of record of what is now Abbolone and Scullin Realty LLC. Mark graduated from Hobart College in 1987, Cornell University in 1990 and George Washington University Law School in 1993.

Mark began investing in Philadelphia real estate in the mid 90’s. Since that time, he has rehabbed dozens of properties for resale as well as for long-term rental investment. Mark is an accomplished carpenter and enjoys getting involved in the nuts and bolts of construction when time allows.

Abbolone and Scullin Realty LLC could not thrive without the dedication and hard work of the employees Christine Comodeco, Iulia Gamba and Maria Winzinger. These women are extraordinary managers, bookkeepers and fire extinguishers who attend to every detail of a very busy enterprise. Maria exhibits endless patience with tenants, clients and her boss. Chris is a master organizer. Iulia has a remarkable capacity for maintaining the computer system and everything technical in our office.
